As in nitrogen inert properties, it has been widely used while pre-commissioning, hot-work on flammable gas pipeline/tanks and pressure leak test to remove the flammable gas or to reduce hazards during the works.
There are two methods to achieve the targets above mentioned.
The liquid nitrogen is introduced to a centrifugal booster pump to a high-pressure LN2 triplex pump. The high pressure liquid nitrogen then passes through the unique non-fired vaporisation system to convent the liquid nitrogen to gaseous nitrogen.
As in large amount expansion ratio of liquid nitrogen, by flowing liquid nitrogen into an ambient vaporizer (heat exchanger) where to convert liquid nitrogen to gaseous nitrogen, we also can get a high flow rate of nitrogen (low pressure).
Provide large scale of nitrogen flow rate from 400Nm3/hr to 300,000Nm3/hr, pressure as low as 4barg to 689barg.

For laboratories, by providing our laboratories expert, SpectronLab (able to handle the gas purity up to Grade 6.0) & SpectronSys (the gas pressure monitoring system with alarm), combine with high standard ASME pipeline, we ensure the Central Gas Distribution System (CGDS) is clean and free from containmination from atmosphere, and able to let your equipment handle PPM level even PPB level.
